The policy covers visitors, prospective customers, current customers, supplier contacts and any other person who interacts with the studio.

The policy does not apply to websites operated by other companies, even when those websites are linked from our pages or when our signage work appears on their premises. It also does not apply to information that we receive about a business rather than about an individual, although we treat business contact records with the same care described here.

Where a customer organization has signed a separate written agreement with RPLK EZZY MART, INC, the terms of that agreement may supplement this policy for the services covered by the agreement. In the event of a direct conflict, the signed agreement governs for the services it covers.

2. Information We Collect

We collect information that you choose to give us and information that is generated automatically as you use the website. The categories below describe the kinds of personal information we may hold.

• Project details such as site address, wall measurements, signage preferences, message schedules and service history.

We review vendor relationships from time to time and we limit the information shared to what the vendor genuinely needs. If a vendor no longer supports our work, we take reasonable steps to have information returned or destroyed in accordance with our retention practices.

Enquiry correspondence that does not lead to a project is generally kept for a short period and then deleted. Project records, signage drawings and service histories are kept for the life of the signage system so that future maintenance can be performed accurately. When a retention period ends, we delete the information or remove the elements that identify individuals, so that what remains can no longer be linked to a person. Where deletion is not immediately possible because information is stored in a backup system, we isolate the information and delete it when the backup cycle completes.

Every marketing message includes a way to opt out, and opting out of marketing does not affect service messages that are necessary to deliver work you have requested.

If you ask us to stop sending marketing information, we will suppress your address from future campaign lists. We may keep a minimal record of the request so that we can honor it. You can also ask us to delete marketing contact details entirely, and we will do so where no legal obligation requires us to keep them.
